In a large mixing bowl combine oats, wheat germ, oar bran, wheat bran, cinnamon, salt and nuts. Mix thoroughly then spread evenly on a large sheet pan. Place in the oven and toast for 20 minutes, stirring half way through.
Remove from the oven and place back in the mixing bowl and add oil, honey, maple syrup, molasses and vanilla. Mix until everything is well coated. Spread the mixture evenly back on the sheet pan and place back in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring half way through.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Place the mixture in a clean mixing bowl. Add all of the fruit and stir to combined.
